Senior Scheduler
Work as an integral part of the project management team creating, maintaining, and monitoring the project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Specifically, responsibilities include but are not limited to establishing the schedule, maintaining the schedule baseline, reporting schedule status and variances, updating the schedule statuses, resource loading the schedule and assessing schedule risk using the schedule, schedule risk analysis software and schedule-related metrics. Maintain and provide bi-weekly and monthly variance analysis and work with development team to gather schedule requirements, dependencies and activities. Responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated schedule across all work groups that includes specific tasks for: Online, Outage, preventative maintenance and surveillances, assist with critical path scheduling. Create and manage schedules while considering nuclear risk, personnel safety and resource allocation. Develop risk mitigation schedules and perform in-depth complex analysis to determine the most effective method of scheduling work within each work window. Develop and maintain detailed design schedules to support online and outage project implementation. Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting as required to assist management analyze project data.
Requires: Masters degree in Construction Management (will accept Comp. Sci. or other IT related field of study) + 5 years experience that must have included maintaining and providing variance analysis and working with development teams. Advanced proficiency with applicable software applications in related field. Advanced analytical and problem solving skills. Accuracy and attention to detail critical. Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities is critical. Thorough knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted procedures. Required Skills: Primavera, Primavera API, MS Access, EVS, MS Word, MS Excel. Will also accept Bachelors + 7 years experience.
