Upon construction completion, reviews of the physical access points are conducted and any non-compliant areas are addressed with a punch list or as a warranty matter. The final stage involves a comprehensive evaluation of all practices, policies and procedures that impact Federal and State compliance requirements. These areas include, but are not limited to, communication, IT, employment, and emergency management for persons with disabilities.
