Global Business Solutions offers a full range of planning and scheduling support for design and construction projects. Our current staff holds responsible positions in various assignments in all phases of project planning and scheduling, which are shared with three distinct perspectives: design consultant, construction consultant and owner. Global Business Solutions performs CPM networking for all major activities on a project. These activities are coded to the approved Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and are typically cost loaded.
