Project Reporting and sound Project Procedures are an integral part of the GLOBAL project control services. Reporting, to the greatest extent practical, is delivered in electronic format tailored to the Client’s specific requirements. Project procedures are developed in a collaborative effort with the Client’s project team to assure that the project procedures are compatible with the Client’s management style.
