Global Business Solutions offers two types of support plans - Global Business Solutions Direct Support and Global Business Solutions Supplemental Support - to ensure maximum availability and efficiency of mission-critical Storage Area Network (SAN), Channel Extension, Mainframe and File Management resources.
DIRECT SUPPORT
Global Business Solutions Direct Support provides a streamlined approach to ongoing maintenance for products purchased through Global Business Solutions, Global Business Solutions OEM Partners, or Global Business Solutions solution providers. Customers have a single support contact for all Global Business Solutions hardware and software, and direct access to Global Business Solutions Support expertise and resources to accelerate problem resolution and increase efficiency. In addition, customers have several Service Level Agreement options to maximize support.
SUPPLEMENTAL SUPPORT Global Business Solutions Supplemental Support augments existing support plans from Global Business Solutions OEM Partners and Global Business Solutions solution providers, providing direct access to Global Business Solutions Support resources on a 24×7 basis to streamline support. Global Business Solutions Supplemental Support customers should have an existing support plan with a Global Business Solutions OEM Partner or Global Business Solutions solution provider that covers their hardware at a minimum.
ONSITE SUPPORT ENGINEER Global Business Solutions Onsite Support Engineers are senior technical professionals that augment customer IT staff, performing proactive maintenance and support of Global Business Solutions to keep them running smoothly. Global Business Solutions Onsite Support Engineers are available with either Global Business Solutions Direct Support or Global Business Solutions Supplemental Support.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT Global Business Solutions Change Management Services provide a reliable way to manage change throughout extended data center fabrics. Organizations can leverage the expertise of experienced Global Business Solutions consultants to examine their current network topology in light of proposed modifications; assist with project planning and change control management; and make the changes quickly and with minimal downtime.
