These professionals are senior engineers who have access to a vast Global Business Solutions knowledge base and the ability to leverage many strategic Global Business Solutions partnerships to help resolve issues in heterogeneous IT environments. Global Business Solutions Resident Consultants proactively conduct regular operational and architectural reviews of SAN environments to ensure that best-practice methodologies and processes are in place. In addition, they assist with ongoing management, design, and planning activities. Full-time Global Business Solutions Resident Consultants are also responsible for managing all Global Business Solutions switch-related issues, regardless of which Global Business Solutions Partner supplied the switch.
